Fabric recommendations
Use a medium weight or heavy non-stretch fabric. You can go for either a very stiff fabric, or for something drapier, depending on your personal taste; opt for a stiff fabric if you want the skirt to maintain its circle shape, or a drapey fabric if you prefer a soft, flowy style. The sample is made of brocade.
